Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Childcare Practitioner to join our team. This part-time position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early learning and development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Minimum age 18 due to regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Flying Start & Early Education programmes.
• Good understanding of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) regulations and childcare standards.
• Experience working in a childcare or early years setting.
• Passion for supporting young children's development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Main Duties:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with Flying Start & Early Education curriculums.
• Promote the physical, emotional, and educational development of all children in your care.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in accordance with CIW standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
• Keep accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments and observations.
