We are currently looking to recruit a Nursery Kitchen Assistant for the Green Giraffe Organic Day Nursery in Cardiff. The Assistant Cook is an essential part of the team. Working hours will be 4.5 hours, 5 days a week between 12.30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday ( this is negotiable)

The main duties will be:

• assisting to Preparing organic, healthy and nutritious meals for children aged 3 months to 5 years old.
• Ensuring the kitchen remains compliant with the Health and Safety regulations and continuing to maintain our Level 5 food hygiene rating

The successful candidate must hold a full, relevant and up to date qualification in food preparation and handling.
