Every bounce, sway and song introduces your baby to Welsh sounds, words and rhythm - helping them build early communication, confidence and coordination, while giving you time to move, bond and play together.

Our Masterclasses are short, focused pre-recorded sessions (30–45 minutes) offering bite-sized, high-impact learning that combines expert input, real-world examples, and reflective activities, each worth 2 CPD points and including a certificate, with optional tasks to deepen learning.

Complementing this, our Reflect & Share Pods are mini CPD communities that bring together 8–12 staff for informal, 20–30 minute monthly sessions to reflect on case studies, articles, or videos, share ideas, and explore practical solutions, fostering collaboration, peer support, and ongoing team growth.

All of these opportunities contribute to our CPD Points and Awards system, which recognises and celebrates professional learning aligned with the Professional Learning Framework for Wales. Points earned through Masterclasses, Pods, and live training can be tracked and celebrated through annual certification for individuals and whole settings, making CPD more meaningful, visible, and rewarding.

Exclusive offer for Early Years Wales Members
book 3 well-being coaching sessions for £60!

The well-being conversation in Early Years leadership is often led first and foremost by the funding, wages, workload, training, quality and conditions found in the care sector

The conversation that Early Years Wales would like to support as an offer in partnership with Den Early Years is around well-being and how it moves into a dynamic, evolving, generative space where Early Years leaders are warmly invited to work with the narratives about, in and with their profession. In this space well-being will be cultivated in self-presence, connectedness and belonging.
