Nutrition for Energy, Focus and Concentration

Are you...

  • Struggling to maintain energy and enthusiasm?
  • Arriving at work tired and struggling to get going?
  • Lacking focus on tasks?

What if you were…

  • Able to focus on tasks and be more productive?
  • Have food that fuels you to give your best all day?
  • Full of energy with no mid-afternoon dip?

The session will give you a boost and support you to make simple changes that improve your energy. With the average adult in the UK saying they feel tired for at least three hours a day and 43% saying sometimes they feel tired from the moment they wake up until the moment they go to bed, this session is relevant for everyone. Improving energy will improve focus and concentration too.

Nutrition to Support with Stress and Anxiety

Did you know...

  • One in 14 adults say they feel stressed every day?
  • 74% of UK adults have felt so stressed at some point over the last year they felt overwhelmed or unable to cop
  • 28% say that high levels of stress impact their performance and productivity at work?
  • Around six in 100 people suffer with anxiety? And that goes up to 28% between the ages of 16 and 29?

What if you were…

  • Feel calm, relaxed and better able to handle the daily stresses of work and home?
  • Know how and what to eat to support your resilience?
  • Have coping strategies to manage stress better?
  • Understand why you feel anxious and what you can do to help yourself feel calmer?

Consistent low-level stress is a big trigger for anxiety, which is a protective response to try and keep you safe. This session covers what happens when you're under pressure and how you can eat to boost resilience, reduce anxiety and feel calmer and more productive. We will talk about what happens to your body and your brain when you’re feeling stressed and anxious, how you can eat to boost resilience and feel calmer as well as covering simple lifestyle changes that help to keep the balance. I'll give you lots of simple tips and ideas that are easy to put in place.

Nutrition for Female Health

Are you...

  • Exhausted on some days of the month?
  • Carrying the mental load for your household?
  • Feeling ignored by medical professionals?
  • At the mercy of your hormones but not knowing how to change it?
  • Always feeling less than 100% and not knowing why?

This session covers why women may be at a disadvantage when it comes to health in terms of daily demands, inequalities in healthcare and changing hormones. We'll talk about how your hormones change through the month and through your life and how this has a direct impact on your health. And then how you can eat in a way that supports those hormones whatever stage you are at. You'll leave the session knowing the foundations that you need to get in place to support your hormones and your health throughout life.
