Schools and settings across Wales are encouraged to take part in the National Foundation Phase Lead Practitioner Survey which is being undertaken by Cardiff University and is supported by the Welsh Government. The survey forms part of an investigation into the ongoing implementation of the Foundation Phase across Wales and aims to obtain a national picture of perceptions and delivery. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to complete, is completely anonymous and is for all members of staff with specific responsibility for the Foundation Phase.
