Job description:
- In a Supervisory role ensure that all staff are effectively working to the best of their ability and that the care and safety of the children remains the priority.
- With the support from the Person Responsible implement programme and activities which will support the staff to care for the children within our setting, expanding their development through play and learning.
- Supervise staff within the allocated playgroup area.
- This will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups.
- Responsible for the management and development of the After School Club within the school and management of other playworkers including allocation and monitoring of work.
