As part of this project, information is required from providers about capacity in the sector and costs of providing childcare services.
The information you provide will directly inform policy-making by the Welsh Government on the new Childcare Offer for 3 and 4-year-olds in Wales. Please make an effort to complete the questions accurately as your answers to the questionnaire represent one of the key pieces of information for this project.
