THE ACTIVE OFFER

Yn unol â Mesur y Gymraeg (Cymru) 2011, mae gan defnyddwyr yr iaith Gymraeg yng Nghymru hawl i cyfathrebu yn y Gymraeg heb orfod gofyn amdano. Bydd hynny wyneb i wyneb, yn ysgrifenedig, ar y ffôn neu ar-lein. Ar hyn o bryd  mae rhaid i wasanaethau cyrff sefydliadau megis cynghorau lleol,

Active Offer

Llywodraeth Cymru, cyhoeddus cenedlaethol, heddluoedd, tân ac achub ac ati fod yn gallu cyfathrebu gyda defnyddiwr iaith Gymraeg fel mater o drefn. Dros amser, bydd hawl i ddefnyddio'r Gymraeg gyda mwy o sefydliadau. Fel darparwyr gofal plant, bydd yn rhaid i chi gyflwyno 'The Cynnig Rhagweithiol'. Rydym wedi llunio canllaw defnyddiol i esbonio beth yw’r Cynnig Rhagweithiol a beth mae'n ei olygu i chi.

In accordance with the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011, Welsh language users in Wales have a right to be able to communicate in Welsh without having to ask for it. Whether that be face-to-face, in writing, on the phone or online.

Currently organisations such as local councils, the Welsh Government, national public organisations, police forces, Fire and rescue services etc all have to be able to communicate with a Welsh language user as a matter of course. Over time there will be rights to use Welsh with more organisations.

As childcare providers you will have to deliver 'The Active Offer'. We have put together a handy guide to explain what The Active Offer is and what it means for you.
