If you are interested in pursuing this early years opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Nursery practitioner (Level 3 CCLD, Early Years Degree with EYPS)
• Welsh Speaking is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working with children in the Early Years Knowledgeable and experienced Early Years Educator
• Experience with planning for environment and children's individual needs and undertaking high quality observations
• Knowledgeable on the National Minimum Standards and Policies and Procedures
• Two recent references are required; one of which must be from an educational setting Interest in the Montessori Method of teaching
• We are looking for nursery professionals with the following skills:
• Excellent communication skills with children, staff and parents
• Excellent observational skills
• Excellent mentoring and training skills
• Above average organisational skills
