A position has become available for a manager for Clwb Penmorfa which is a day care setting situated within the grounds of Ysgol Penmorfa in Prestatyn. We are a full day care provision with children from the ages of 2 to 11 years old.

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Level 3 practitioner (Level 3 in CCLD, CCLPD, Playwork or any other relevant qualification). Level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential.

Experience of managing a childcare setting and knowledge of CIW National minimum standards and current legislation is essential for this post as you will be leading a supportive team to be a high-quality childcare setting.

As a setting we follow the new Welsh curriculum and the Playwork Principles of which you will need to show good knowledge and understanding in order to implement this throughout the setting.

This post is permanent and is a minimum of 30 hours a week. The hours will be between the hours of 7.45-6 Monday to Friday. Including term time and holidays. Hours will be discussed at interview.
