We are looking to recruit a Manager for a minimum of 30 hours a week, term time only to join a great team at Benllech Preschool

This is an opportunity to work within a large pre-school site in Benllech, looking after children from 2 years-4 years..

Responsibilities include:

• To lead and be responsible for overseeing and running of the preschool.
• To monitor, review and evaluate the preschool staff.
• To oversee the welfare of children at the preschool.
• To implement relevant Foundation phase principles and regulations of the Care Inspectorate Wales.
• To oversee the recording of the children's development, including online observations .
• Liaising with the Committee
• recruit staff and develop the nursery team.
• keep records and create reports.
• manage a budget.
• make sure safety and child protection regulations are met.

We are looking for a person who is passionate and enthusiastic about a career in childcare. You will need to take the job seriously, and show good work ethics and communicate effectively with people, ensuring that staff and children are treated with respect and care every time.

Pay minimum £14 per hour. Pro rata.

A clear DBS and references (work or character) will be required from the successful person, as well as proving a right to work in Britain. And the job will be reviewed after 3 months and  is subject to a 6 months probationary period.

Must hold full Level 3 with suitable Children's Care, Learning and Development.
