We are a brand-new Nursery opening in the Abergele area looking to recruit full-time/ part-time, qualified Nursery Assistants to join our friendly team, holding a Level 2 in childcare or equivalent.

The Nursery has a capacity for 19 children, so will be recruiting throughout the year.

We focus on a no-nonsense salary at the top of the local range, to value, support and reward our team.

Enhanced DBS check will be carried out and previous references must be provided.

We need committed individuals who are patient, nurturing, and have a natural ability to engage and motivate children along with a passion for improving their learning outcomes.

Key duties will include:

• Ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
• Being able to use your EYFS Curriculum knowledge within your everyday work, being able to do daily observations and planning
• Follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
• Ensure that the nutritional needs of the children are met and that Food Safety Regulations are complied with.
• Undertake a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery
• As this role involves working with young children an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references are essential.

Salary: Between £15,000 to £16,000 depending on experience
