Following your external assessment, the assessor will provide both verbal and written feedback. Assessors complete their report of your assessment and record their comments at each section of the form to make it clear for you.
You will receive a certificate and a pdf copy of the QfA report to share with staff, parents and external bodies, etc.
Assessors may offer constructive suggestions to enable you to improve your service further and they will also highlight any particular areas of good and excellent practice they have observed.
When an assessor observes excellent practice in one, two or all three sections of the QfA Assessment Tool, this will be recorded as ‘points of excellence’. Providers who achieve this will receive a supplement sheet in addition to a QfA certificate of achievement, highlighting these areas and showing rationale for the assessor’s judgements.
To help us improve the scheme further, you will be sent a feedback form and we would appreciate you completing and returning the form to [email protected]
