Part A asks for information about your Care Inspectorate Wales registration and most recent inspection.
Part B asks you to describe 3 improvement points you have been working on recently or since your last QfA assessment.
Part C is the QfA Assessment Tool and this is divided into 3 sections. The 3 sections are:

3.4 Planning for improvement and putting it into practice
