We are looking to employ a highly effective, caring, enthusiastic 1:1 childcare support workers to support a child with additional needs in our busy nursery based in Cardiff. The successful applicants will provide 1:1 support Tuesday - Thursday for 6.5 hours each day until August 2022. Applicants will need to have experience of working with children with additional needs and a mature playful attitude to work with the children. The role will include completing relevant paperwork i.e., IDP’s, work alongside other professionals to support the child’s development and improve long term outcomes and reporting back to the Group leader.
