We are looking to employ a highly effective, caring, enthusiastic 1:1 childcare support workers to support a child with additional needs in a Flying Start setting based in Rumney area of Cardiff. The successful applicants will provide 1:1 support Monday – Friday for 3 hours each day, term time only for 1 academic year (39 weeks) or longer if required. Applicants will need to have experience of working with children with additional needs and a mature playful attitude to work with the children. The role will include completing relevant paperwork i.e., IDP’s, work alongside other professionals to support the child’s development and improve long term outcomes and reporting back to the setting leader.
